Leonics is a certified ISO 9001 company, which implements and manages production according those setout by ISO 9001 standards. Series of inspection checks covers raw materials inspection by incoming quality assurance section; Task process inspection by in-process quality assurance section; Batch sampling test by final quality assurance section; after 100% final test, product certification for inspection and quality, then deliver to customers and distributors.

Environmental Management

At Leonics, as part of an integral environmentally friendly system, the company implements ISO 14001, reduces wastage of energy and utilizes the resources effectively such as electrical power management in production process, Lighting management in both production and office areas, recovery of energy from test process. Last but not least, the company maintains environmental effects management for both from production process and products to make sure that no harmful materials are allowed into environments.

Factory Management

Leonics also develops and implements the company's own manufacturing management tools; consisting of production planning system, purchasing system, raw material receiving management system, production order system, production control system, quality control system, warehouse management system and distribution system. These systems help reducing complexity of work and maximizing customer satisfactions.
