Leonics has designed, installed and set up this solar grid tie system for demonstration and research on generating electricity from solar energy. Leonics Mini-Power Plant™ connects to the utility grid to supply power to the testing building. The different types of PV cell and module technologies; amorphous silicon PV module, polycrystalline silicon PV module and hybrid silicon PV module, are tested the energy conversion efficiency of each type of solar module.

Leonics Mini-Power Plant™ has been installed and applied at PV Power Plant Demonstration Project in Energy Park, School of Renewable Energy Technology, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok.
